Backup
All our servers include daily full backup of data (code, content and databases) Monday - Friday.
Server support
Proactive server management helps ensure 24/7 availability with technical support specialists available Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (excluding UK bank holidays).
Usage analysis
WebTrends profiles are provided for all hosted projects, based on log files (for trend analysis etc). Note: Tag-based usage analysis is also available as an option, if required.

Location / Bandwidth
Our servers are hosted in our own dedicated racks based at a leading Tier-1 provider's data centre.
Epic Service Desk
Our dedicated support specialists provide management and tracking of any problems/issues arising from hosting.
URL availability and performance monitoring
Epic use a third-party service to monitor the availability of our hosted sites (monitored every 10 minutes, reporting on DNS lookup time, server response time, IIS response time and download times) with generated email and SMS alerts in the event of problems.

As part of the core service Epic provide on-going server monitoring to proactively ensure the health of our servers.
