Virgin's main objective was to provide new starters with a positive feel for the values and the culture of the organisation they are joining.

Virgin Atlantic feel that e-learning is the perfect delivery tool for the organisation's varied learning projects as it encompasses the forward thinking view that the company has. This programme runs for approximately 120 minutes and provides the user with an insight into the structure of the business, the viewpoints of individuals within varied key business roles and backgrounds.

It achieves this by taking the learning on a virtual flight around Virgin's many flight routes.

The solution uses Epic's Arena Learning Portal.
