An Epic web project team would typically consist of:

  • Project Manager - your day-to-day contact for all project issues and is responsible for delivering the project to your quality, cost and time requirements. Your Project Manager is responsible for client liaison and communication; project management; team management; quality management; contracts and invoicing; clear documentation, and weekly project reports.
  • Account Manager - will represent your interests at all internal Epic meetings, handle all commercial matters and offer a second, supporting role in the project.
  • Lead Designer - responsible for researching and analysing your requirement; designing a solution that meets your needs and quality control of deliverables for sign-off.
  • Lead Developer - will deliver a technical solution that works in your target environment and is responsible for defining the given technical environment, identifying key technical issues and risks, designing a technical solution and delivering a robust technical solution.
  • Art Director - responsible for creating the visual look and feel of your website.
