Here's a summary of how we typically establish and maintain effective partnerships with our clients.

Let's meet
Before we make too many assumptions about how you would like to work, we would meet with key members of your team, together with key stakeholders, as appropriate. This meeting would establish preferred approaches, exchange information on values etc. before moving on to agree more detailed working methodologies.

Establish clear communication channels
Our experience with other partners shows the importance of clear communication channels between partners, based on agreed roles and responsibilities. In particular, all sponsors, stakeholders and team members need to know who to contact at Epic about what.

Agree processes and procedures
Following the above meetings, together with ongoing dialogue, we would look to establish streamlined processes for:

  • reporting progress.
  • billing.
  • escalation.
  • deliverables and sign-off points.

Review after one month
Having completed the above activities, we would look to conduct a formal review of the partnership after approximately one month. This review will help us agree improvements and identify areas for exploration.
